Restaurant Offers Free Thanksgiving Meal To Anyone Dining Alone

This is the 11th year George's Senate and Coney Island in Northville is graciously offering a free meal to those alone this Thanksgiving.

LIVONIA, MI If Thanksgiving will be a party of one for you this year, there's a spot for you at a restaurant in Northville.

For the 11th year in a row, George Dimopoulos, owner of George's Senate and Coney Island restaurant, is providing a free meal to anyone who's alone this Thanksgiving. Last year, George and his team of Madonna University volunteers served over 400 Thanksgiving dinners. And get this - many customers paid for their meals and donated to help diners who could not afford to pay. The proceeds were donated to the Livonia Goodfellows.

“Holidays are meant to be shared with family and friends. If you find yourself alone this Thanksgiving please consider joining us for a free breakfast, lunch or dinner,” said George Dimopoulos in a news release. “Thanksgiving is a day to celebrate community, so come meet your neighbors and make some new friends. We look forward to having you join our extended family. All are welcome - kids, adults and seniors.”
