Snow Emergency Declared In Plymouth
A Snow Emergency Was Declared By The City Of Plymouth In Response To Winter Weather Storm Advisory

PLYMOUTH, MI- The City of Plymouth has declared a snow emergency. City officials urging citizens to keep their cars parked in driveways and off the streets to expedite plowing of the roads during the winter storm advisory that is in effect.
The City Municipal Services Department will make sure to have staff on board to help keep major roadways open throughout the afternoon and the early evening. All members of the crew will be set to return at 5 a.m. to plow residential areas. They are also urging citizens who use snow blowers to make sure they are not blowing snow into the streets, since it may delay snow removal efforts being made by the city.
The City of Plymouth will issue E-News Alerts when the Snow Emergency is lifted. As well as emailing citizens on road conditions through out the storm period.

The Snow Emergency is anticipated to remain in effect until 11 a.m. Thursday Dec. 14.
