America's Largest Trampoline Park Invites You to Celebrate Heart Healthy Month

Just in time to celebrate February’s Heart Healthy Month and some Super Bowl fun Sky Zone Shelby Township, Detroit area’s first largest Trampoline Park is celebrating its grand re-opening with some amazing additions and improvements February 2nd. Sky Zone Shelby Township is proud to support the American Heart Association throughout the month of February in recognition of heart healthy month.

“Sky Zone activities fit all ages and fitness levels with an emphasis on fun, safety and fitness,” states Bron Launsby, owner and president Sky Zone Shelby Township. “It was important when launching the grand re-opening to show support of the American Heart Association in February.” Sky Zone is an aerial adventure park experience for kids, teens and parents to jump, leap and defy gravity on the patented all-trampoline walled playing area. Guests can play 3-D Dodgeball, Wipe Out, Ninja Warrior Course, and a Sky Slam which pump your heart “Open Jump” provides a format for guests to freestyle their moves and “The Foam Zone” allows jumpers to air it out into the giant foam pit. “Combining fun and fitness is key to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle, and we are pleased to provide even more attractions now in Shelby Township for all ages, so our guests can jump into healthy lifestyle,” said Launsby.

Sky Zone trampoline parks feature wall-to-wall, fun. In the past couple of months renovations have taken place in Shelby to bring 7 new attractions to the trampoline park such as Warped Wall, Wipe Out, Ninja Warrior Course and GLOW. Herb Coulthurst, Director of Operations has overseen the total remodel of Sky Zone Shelby Township and many of the classic attractions such as: Foam Zone, Sky Ladder, and Freestyle Jump.

“Sky Zone is a one-of-a-kind entertainment destination that will leave guests bouncing off the walls with excitement from fitness classes to special events monthly,” said Coulthurst. “With over an 29,000 square-foot park of innovation a family and individuals can come back over and over and keep trying new activities.” Shelby Township Sky Zone offers birthday parties, corporate team building, lock Ins and gaming tourneys, field trips and more. Coulthurst encourages everyone to check social media and the website for a list of special programs and events geared to teachers, scouting groups, youth groups and schools.

An Open Jump Ticket includes all access to: Main Court, Dodgeball, Foam Zone, Sky Slam, Sky Ladder. Friday and Saturday evenings from 8pm – 10pm Lasers, music and blacklight transform the whole park into a crazy jumping dance club during GLOW. The lights go off and the black lights and party lights come on at Sky Zone Shelby Township. The cost is $19.99 for 120 minutes.
