UHS tennis coach selected for Michigan Hall of Fame
Utica High School Varsity Tennis Coach AnnMarie Michohas been selected for Michigan High School Coaches' Association Hall of Fame.

Utica High School Varsity Tennis Coach AnnMarie Michohas been selected for induction in the Michigan High School Coaches’ Association Hall of Fame.
Michol, who has served as varsity boys and girls tennis coach at UHS since 2016, has a career record of 321-114-5.
She previously coached in Grosse Pointe South, De La Salle Collegiate and Regina High School before taking over the Chieftain squad four years ago. Her UHS record prior to this year is 66-8 for boys and 45-10 for girls.

During her 28-year career, she has been honored for multiple regional and county coach of the year honors, a regional championship and qualifying for states six times. In 2017, she was named Boys State Coach of the Year as the UHS coach.
The induction ceremony will take place virtually on September 20, 2020. A recording of the ceremony will be posted by September 24 on the website: mhsca.org.

The MHSCA is a 66-year old association with nearly 12,000 members representing 18 sport related associations was founded on the campus of Central Michigan University in 1954. The Hall of Fame is located in the Student Activities Center.
