Utica Community Schools now enrolling 21-22 Schools of Choice
Applications now available for families interested in enrolling in UCS

Applications are now available for families seeking to enroll in Utica Community Schools through the Schools of Choice program.
“Utica Community Schools is a destination district for parents who want to provide their children a nationally-recognized education in a safe and nurturing learning environment,” Interim Superintendent Robert Monroe said.
The Schools of Choice program provides families who may live outside Utica Community Schools boundaries the opportunity to enroll their children in the district. The program is open to families who live in Macomb County and its bordering counties.

Families enrolling in UCS through the Schools of Choice are provided:
- Programs, staff and students that are regularly recognized for excellence at local, state and national levels;
- A large portfolio of academic choices that are designed to meet the unique needs and interests of every UCS student;
- Student achievement levels that outpace regional, state and national averages. Applications for the 2021-2022 school year are now available through Friday, September 3 on the UCS website at http://www.uticak12.org
