Utica Police Make Arrest in Alleged Indecent Exposure Case

According to reports, the man was seen fondling himself while driving on M-59.

Highlights of recent Utica Police Department reports include:

  • A 38-year-old male from Clinton Township was arrested for allegedly exposing himself to a woman while stopped at a stoplight in Utica. The woman, a New Baltimore resident, told police that she had been driving on westbound M-59 on Nov. 21 at about 3:20 p.m. when the man, driving a Ford Ranger, began to act suspiciously. According to reports, she then saw that he was fondling himself, and took the license plate number. Police said that the man confessed and will be charged with indecent exposure.
  • A 17-year-old male from Macomb Township was issued a misdemeanor citation for carrying drug paraphernalia on Nov. 27 at about 1:10 a.m. Police found him, parked, inside of his car at Heritage Park with about one gram of a green, leafy substance a digital scale. His car was impounded.
