is looking for a volunteer Treasurer. The candidate should have knowledge of general accounting principles and have experience in the accounting field. Primary duties would include keeping an accurate account of disbursements and receipts, making monthly written reports to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, assisting in the preparation of the annual budget, managing all bank transactions, and participating as a member of the Fund Development Committee. Estimated time commitment is 5-20 hours per month, the greater number of hours occurring in March – May during the major fundraising campaign, “Dollars for Education” Raffle.
