Athens Jazz Band Hosts Dinner Dance

The Athens Jazz Band provides an evening of jazz at its finest on February 19 with dinner and dancing included.

The Red Hawk Room Jazz Club, located inside The Macedonian Cultural Center will be swingin’ Friday, February 19, 2016 as the outstanding students in the Athens Jazz Band provide an evening of jazz at its finest. Sit back and enjoy the music or take to the dance floor as the band brings you jazz styles from swing to bebop and fusion to funk.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m., a family-style dinner and soft drinks are served at 6:00 p.m., and music and dancing follow at approximately 7:00 p.m. Dinner and dancing is $25 for adults and $15 for students. Students may purchase tickets for dancing only at $5.00 each. For dinner reservation information please send an email to athensjazzbanquet@gmail.com. Dinner reservations and payment must be received by February 12. The Macedonian Cultural Center is located at 43133 Ryan Road in Sterling Heights.
