I-75 Oakland County Road Closures This Weekend

OAKLAND COUNTY, MI — Steer clear of I-75 in Oakland County this weekend!

I-75 North will be down to one lane from Coolidge to Square Lake on Friday, Dec. 9 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. so crews can "safely remove the current traffic shift," according to the Michigan Department of Transportation. The North I-75 ramp to westbound I-75 BL/Square Lake Rd. will also be closed on Dec. 9. All lanes will reopen once the shift is removed.

It's I-75 South's turn on Saturday, Dec. 10. From 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., I-75 South from M-59 to Coolidge will have one lane open so crews can realign traffic and the eastbound I-75 BL/Square Lake Rd. ramp to I-75 South will also be closed.

On Sunday, Dec. 11 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., I-75 South will close the left lane from 11 Mile to I-696 for utility work.
