Len Wilczewski Joins Ross Mortgage Corporation
Wilczewski joins corporate office as Vice President of Mortgage Operations
Ross Mortgage Corporation, a full-service residential mortgage lender headquartered in Troy, Michigan, announced today the company is continuing to grow with the appointment of Len Wilczewski as vice president of mortgage operations. Tim Ross, CEO of Ross Mortgage Corporation, made the announcement.
“Len is a strategic new hire to our corporate operations to help our organization achieve significant growth by managing the capacity, training, and accountability among our team members, as well as track performance and areas for improvement,” Ross said. “We are thrilled to have his expertise on our side to attract and retain the best talent in the business.”
As vice president of mortgage operations, Wilczewski will be responsible for increasing efficiencies and decreasing expenses by continually evaluating Ross Mortgage’s systems and process flows. He will assist with overseeing and supporting the operations team, while working closely with departments companywide to maintain quality control.

Wilczewski comes to the firm with 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He formerly worked for Level One Bank in Farmington Hills, Mich. as the vice president of residential lending.
