A Detroit man was charged with indecent exposure and obstruction by Troy Police.

TROY, MI — A Detroit man was charged with Indecent Exposure by Troy Police after allegedly exposing himself recently at a John R. Road department store. Ernest Lee, 23, was also charged with with obstruction after the Oct. 17 incident at Kohl’s.

Police reports said a Kohl’s employee watched Lee following women around the store, coming within close contact of them and then allegedly exposing himself. He then left the store at about about 6:30 p.m. and was approached by Troy police officers.

Reports said Lee gave the officers a phony name when asked. Troy Police officers quickly determined his real identity and then arrested him for obstruction, police reports said.
