"I want to find out what moves the people of Troy," Tim said. "Patch really depends on the people who live in the community — I want to see what drives them, and then I want to tell those stories."
Tim said he hopes to put his focus on reporting business development and city planning issues; he mentioned the Troy Transit Center as a subject he is excited to explore. Tim, who got his start with Patch.com covering high school sports for several Patch sites in the San Fransisco area, intends to write about local sports as part of his school coverage. Â
