Michigan Unites for Mental Health Awareness
In recognition of May being Mental Health Awareness Month, members of Michigan's Public Mental Health System are calling upon persons served, service providers, family
members and allies, community partners, advocates, and elected officials to
share inspirational messages that reflect Michigan's support of its citizens
living with mental health or substance use disorders. Examples of the types of
messages being requested include, but are not limited to:
* Anti-stigma

* Positive lived experiences

* Protect and promote public mental health services
* Recovery is possible
Please use this link to submit your
message using either a written statement, photo, or video. Your message will be
grouped with others from across the State and shared during a Facebook Live
event at https://www.facebook.com/OCHN1/ on
Thursday, May 27th from 1 - 2 p.m.
