New Restaurant Sedona Taphouse Opens Its Doors To The Community
The restaurant will feature wine, mixed drinks, a gluten free menu, and 500 beers.
From Sedona Taphouse: On January 9th a new dining experience opened in Troy, Michigan. And your taste buds will never be the same.
Marty and Lori Knollenberg are opening Sedona Taphouse, an innovative restaurant with over 500 beers as well as robust wine and eclectic mixed-drink cocktail selections.
Sedona Taphouse’s menu will include an excellent selection of steaks such as filets and ribeyes that are hand cut fresh in-house, fresh-caught seafood, hand-made pasta, free-range chicken, organic greens, healthy smart and gluten free options.

“A meal can be had anywhere; Sedona Taphouse will be a one-of-a-kind experience,” said Marty Knollenberg. “Lori and I are excited about Sedona Taphouse’s sophisticated upscale menu and drink offerings.”
“It was important to Marty and I that we offer healthy, flavorful dining options,” said Lori Knollenberg, a certified nutritionist. “Our menu items are minimally processed, organic and locally sourced, wherever possible.”

The Knollenbergs are partnering with restaurant veterans JD and Erika West in bringing Sedona Taphouse to Troy.
“What Marty and Lori are doing is really unique,” said JD West. “Erika and I are excited to be part of their team in bringing a new kind of dining experience to Michigan.”
In honor of Marty’s father, who has Alzheimer’s, Marty and Lori hosted a charity event on Sunday, January 8th and will be presenting a check to the organization in the next few weeks for $4,111.
Sedona Taphouse is located at 198 E. Big Beaver Rd. and opened on Monday, January 9th.
In the Spring 2017, the Knollenberg’s will open a patio on top of Sedona Taphouse. The roof top patio will be the only one of its kind in Troy.
