Oakland County Sheriff Searching For Shooting Suspect
A 26-year-old man charged with manslaughter has been accused in a shooting at a Pontiac convenience store.

OAKLAND COUNTY, MI —The Oakland County Sheriff's Office is trying to find a man who is charged with manslaughter and has been accused of shooting another person at a Pontiac convenience store.
Authorities said Jaquan Kevante Whittaker, 26, is accused in the shooting death of 34-year-old Keon Keith Johnson. Police said Whittaker shot Johnson twice on Oct. 22, 2020. He died one day later.
The sheriff's office has asked anyone with information on Johnson's whereabouts to call (1-800-773-2587. A reward of up to $1,000 is available for information leading to Johnson’s arrest.
