OCHN releases RFP for Sanitization and Disinfection Services

OCHN invites Bidders to submit proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP provides the requirements and evaluative criteria for Sanitization and Disinfection Services as described in the Scope of Work section of this RFP and requests a detailed response from all prospective Bidders, including pricing and service descriptions, in the specified format.

To be eligible for communication regarding this proposal, a completed Confirmation of Interest Statement must be emailed to Brittany Campbell, Administrative and Special Projects Coordinator, at campbellb@oaklandchn.org, for receipt by 4:00 PM, May 6, 2020.

The Bidder must be able to begin Services described in the Scope of Work by May 25, 2020.
