OCHN releases RFP for temporary Healthcare Staff

Oakland Community Health Network is requesting proposals from qualified Vendors to provide temporary Direct Support Professionals and Nursing personnel to supplement the regularly scheduled staff in the OCHN Network working with individuals whom have tested positive for, have known exposure to and/or may be exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.

OCHN invites Bidders to submit proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP provides the requirements and evaluative criteria for Temporary Staffing Services as described in the Scope of Work section of this RFP and requests a detailed response from all prospective Bidders, including pricing and service descriptions, in the specified format.

To be eligible to submit a proposal, a completed Confirmation of Interest Statement must be emailed to June Lewis, Contract and Procurement Specialist, at lewisj@oaklandchn.org, for receipt by 4:00 p.m., April 20, 2020.

Any questions regarding this RFP must be emailed only to June Lewis at lewisj@oaklandchn.org by 4:00 PM, April 21, 2020. Discussions are not official. To obtain an official answer to any question, the Bidder must submit the question by email. All official responses to questions regarding this RFP will be distributed by April 22, 2020, via electronic mail to all Bidders who have submitted a timely Confirmation of Interest Statement. OCHN shall not be responsible for any verbal communication between any employee of OCHN and any actual or potential Bidder.
