OCHN releases RFQ for Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) Renewal

OCHN is seeking quotes for renewal of our Microsoft EA. OCHN requires quotes from certified Microsoft resellers for a 3 year contract term.

The successful vendor is expected to provide at a minimum the following:

Provide discount pricing to support OCHN cost reduction initiatives.
Deliver detailed reporting on software assets management for EA contract.
Maintain on-going communication and OCHN relationships throughout the lifecycle of the EA.
Actively engage with OCHN to understand and consume software assurance (SA) and EA benefits within 60 days post the renewal agreement.
Ensure that EA Care receives an annual Software Asset Management (SAM) assessment to ensure licensing accuracy and assesses true up requirements within 90 days of the anniversary.
Process true-up orders within 30 days of the anniversary date.
Assist with Microsoft licensing questions, placing orders, fulfillment, and Microsoft Volume Licensing Center (MVLC) portal access.
Submit with their quotation supporting documentation to confirm Vendor is a certified Microsoft reseller.
