OCHN releases RFQ for washable face masks.
Oakland Community Health Network Request for Quotation (RFQ) WASHABLE FACE MASKS TO COMBAT OF THE SPREAD OF COVID-19.
The Oakland Community Health Network is requesting quotations from qualified vendors to provide washable face masks to combat of the spread of COVID-19. OCHN shall accept quotations from individuals and / or firms for the manufacturing and delivery of washable face masks. OCHN invites Bidders to submit quotations in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ provides the requirements and evaluative criteria for washable face masks Scope of Work section of this RFQ and requests a detailed response from all prospective Bidders, including pricing and service descriptions, in the specified format.
To be eligible to submit a quotation, a completed Confirmation of Interest Statement must be emailed to Jen Hillier, Procurement Specialist, at hillierj@oaklandchn.org, for receipt by 4:00 p.m., May 22, 2020
