Secrest Wardle Promotion Announcement
As of July 26, 2020, Daniel S. Schrode II has been promoted to the position of Partner.
On behalf of the Firm, the Secrest Wardle Executive Committee is pleased to announce that effective July 26, 2020, Daniel S. Schrode II was promoted to Partner.
Daniel S. Schrode II is a member of the Firm’s Motor Vehicle Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Schrode has significant experience representing insurance companies and their insureds in first-party no-fault and third-party auto negligence actions from the initial discovery phase through trial. He has additional experience handling criminal matters including traffic violations, misdemeanors, and felonies. Mr. Schrode received a 2021 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch recognition for Personal Injury Litigation - Defendants in Troy, Michigan. Mr. Schrode earned his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School and received his Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations with a specialty in Political Economy and Business from James Madison College at Michigan State University. As a law student, he was a member of Wayne Law’s Business Law Society. He also provided legal representation to Wayne County’s elderly and indigent populations through Wayne Law’s Free Legal Aid Clinic. Additionally, Mr. Schrode was awarded a Certificate of Pro Bono Service for his exceptional work with the Free Legal Aid Clinic. Daniel Schrode is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Young Lawyers Section.
