Troy Family Daze Starts Thursday

The annual festival will feature amusement rides, live entertainment and more. It will be held adjacent to the Troy Civic Center.

TROY, MI — Pack up the kids and get ready to attend the Troy Family Daze festival starting on Thursday. Now in its seventh year, the festival will feature live entertainment, a Troy Police Department K-9 demonstration, kids games and amusement rides, among other attractions, according to a C & G Newspaper report.

Troy Family Daze will be held at the intersection of Troy Center and Civic Center drives 4-9 p.m. Sept. 14, 4-11 p.m. Sept. 15, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Sept. 16 and noon-9 p.m. Sept. 17.
For the first time this year, the festival will hold International Day Sept. 17. The festival committee partnered with the Global Troy Advisory Committee to plan International Day. There will be entertainment throughout the day and 12 cultural displays under a tent 1-8 p.m. Groups represented include black, Chaldean, Bulgarian, Indian, Italian, Polish, LGBTQ and others.
