  3. Maureen McGinnis Sworn In as Acting Mayor of Troy. Mayor Pro Tem McGinnis will serve as acting Mayor of Troy until Monday's Troy City Council meeting, when councilman Dane Slater will take over as Mayor Pro Tem and Acting Troy Mayor.
