Woman With Three Young Children Shoplifts From Kohl's

Troy police say the suspect is described as a Caucasian woman between 25-30 years old.

TROY, MI — An unidentified woman shoplifted from Kohl's with three minor children in tow, according to a police report.

The theft happened at Kohl’s Department Store at 500 John R Rd. on Jan. 14 at 5:55 p.m. Troy police say that the woman, described as Caucasian and between 25 to 30 years old, walked into Kohl's with three kids and tried swiping $439.97 of items before being stopped by Loss Prevention.

Upon being confronted, the suspect then hopped into an unknown vehicle with the children. She handed a shopping bag full of the stolen items out the vehicle window to the Loss Prevention Officer and drove off, explaining she needed to go to the hospital.
