Senior Living Proposed For Burnsville Vacant Lot

The apartments would be age-restricted senior living.

BURNSVILLE, MN — A two-building apartment development was proposed for a seven-acre vacant lot off of Gateway Boulevard and Pleasant Avenue in Burnsville, Minneapolis/ St. Paul Business Journal reported.

The apartments would be age-restricted senior living, the publication said.

The project, Gateway Housing, was proposed by MWF Properties from Richfield, the report said.

The proposal will be reviewed by Burnsville Planning Commission at its Monday meeting, according to the report.
