Arrest Made In Death Of Burnsville Man Found In Snowbank
Gabriel Alfonso Sanchez Cruz was arrested Thursday morning in connection with the death of Bryant Jon Lutgens, according to police.
INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, MN — Police made an arrest in connection with the death of a Burnsville man whose body was found in a snowbank Monday in Inver Grove Heights.
Inver Grove Heights Police said they arrested Gabriel Alfonso Sanchez Cruz, 42, Thursday morning. The dead man was identified as Bryant Jon Lutgens, 39.
Inver Grove Heights police issued an alert on a car tied to Lutgens’ death. Minneapolis police arrested Cruz after they spotted the car early Thursday.

Cruz was booked into the Dakota County jail on suspicion of second-degree murder. The case will be submitted to the Dakota County Attorney's Office to be reviewed and for possible charges to be considered
The Inver Grove police have not released a cause of death for Lutgens or any potential motive.
