BHS' Snow Week Begins on Friday

Snow Week is shaping up at Burnsville High School and will include events and activities beginning Jan. 26. 

Students are encouraged to form a snow week team with 5 girls and 5 boys for a week of fun. There will be a medallion hunt that will land $100 in the pocket of one who finds it. The school will cap off the week with a neon dance on Saturday, Feb. 2. 

Scheduled events, developed and implemented by the Student Council, include: 

Saturday, Jan. 26: Dodgeball tournament at BHS, 9 a.m. to noon

Monday, Jan. 28: Monday assembly, crowning of royalty; Career Fair, 6 to 8 p.m. at BHS; Volleyball tournament at BHS, 6 to 9 p.m. 

Wednesday, Jan. 30: Boot hockey tournament at Neill Park, 6 to 9 p.m. 

Friday, Feb. 1: Half-time relays at Boys Basketball Game

Saturday, Feb. 2: Neon Dance at BHS (See photos from last year's dance), 8 p.m. to midnight
