Burnsville Resident Sentenced In Child Pornography Distribution
The former Eau Claire resident will register as a sex offender after his release from prison, the DOJ said.
BURNSVILLE, MN— A current Burnsville resident has been sentenced to five years in federal prison for the distribution of child pornography, the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Wisconsin announced Monday.
Evan C. Pasicznyk, 36, was living in Wisconsin at the time of the crimes, the office said.
After being released from prison, Pasicznyk will spend five years on supervised release and be required to register as a sexual offender, the office said.

Officials said that Pasicznyk possessed and distributed numerous photos and videos that contained child pornography.
Pasicznyk's indictment and conviction were a part of Operation Kick Boxer, which involved the Milwaukee Division of the FBI, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the Winnebago County Sheriff's Office, the office said.
