BURNSVILLE, MN — Authorities have identified the 16-year-old who died after being shot in the head in the parking lot of a Target store in Savage. Samuel Alvin Keezer, of Burnsville, was shot on Feb. 28. He died over the weekend, according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner.
The examiner ruled the death a homicide.
Authorities made three arrests in the case Tuesday.
