California-Based Trust Buys 2 Burnsville Medical Buildings

BURNSVILLE, MN— California-based real estate investment trust Healthpeak Properties Inc. bought two medical buildings in Burnsville this week, Finance & Commerce reported.

The purchased properties were Fairview’s Ridgeview Medical Building on E. Nicollet Blvd. for $21 million and Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare Burnsville Clinic on E. Nicollet Blvd. for $14 million, the publication reported.

The properties were never listed and Healthpeak approached the seller, the publication reported.
