City to Host Halloween Costume Party—On Ice

Come one, come all to the the Burnsville Ice Center’s annual Halloween Skating Party on Sunday, Oct. 27.

Admission to the skating party is free and skate rental will be discounted to $3. The party starts at noon and runs to 1:30 p.m. The city will also offer short private lessons to new skaters of any age, gratis. 

Costumes are strongly encouraged, of course. In addition to skating, there will be prize drawings, trick-or-treating and carnival games.
