Documentary To Investigate Cold Case Murder Of Burnsville Woman

BURNSVILLE , MN — A true crime documentary will look into the unsolved murder of Kristin O'Connell, who graduated Burnsville High School in 1983, Sun Thisweek reported.

O'Connell's 1985 murder in Ovid, New York remains unsolved and nobody has been arrested in connection with the case, despite some residents claiming to know what happened, the publication reported.

The documentary team is requesting access to over 300 pieces of evidence, whose DNA hasn't yet been tested by modern technology, the report said.

There is a GoFundMe to raise money for the documentary, as well as a Twitter account @kristinoconnel7 using the hashtag #whokilledkristinoconnell, the publication reported.
