Joakim is 17 years old and attends Burnsville High School. He is from Norway and enjoys soccer, basketball, video games and being with friends. He looks forward to learning more about America, improving his English, making new friends and enjoying sports.
It's easy to host a student. You provide them a place to stay; a bedroom which can be shared, meals and time with your family. Students provide their own health insurance and pay for their expenses like admission to movies, sporting events, school supplies and school lunch. The reward is getting to know someone from another country and life long friendships
