BURNSVILLE, MN— Over a year into the COVID-19 pandemic, restaurants are finally open again.
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz announced this month that restaurants will be able to operate at 75 percent capacity.
A popular tradition to celebrate Easter is through an Easter Brunch with friends and family, perhaps after a church service.
Here are restaurants in or near Burnsville that are offering brunches for Easter Sunday:

- Barley and Vine Kitchen and Bar in Lakeville offers weekly Sunday brunches from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with kids eating free after two. You can get up to three free mimosas and $4 Bloody Mary's.
- Hastings Public House in Hastings will have a family-style Easter Brunch that includes an entree, three sides, salad, and bread. Four to six people can eat for $75 and six to eight people can eat for $100.
- Jensens in Eagan has an Easter Brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will offer bottomless mimosas and Bloody Mary's for $8.
