2nd Arrest Made In Connection To Death Of Burnsville Man
Kyle Reagan was arrested and booked into Dakota County Jail on Tuesday, according to Inver Grove Heights Police Department.

BURNSVILLE, MN—Inver Grove Heights police have arrested a second man who is believed to be connected to the shooting of 38-year-old Bryan Lutgens, of Burnsville, police said in a news release.
Kyle Reagan, 31 of Minneapolis, was arrested Tuesday and placed in Dakota County Jail. The Inver Grove Heights Police Department said they will submit documents to the Dakota County Attorney’s Office in order for potential charges to be considered.
Gabriel Alfonso Sanchez Cruz, 42 of Minneapolis, was arrested and charged Thursday with one account of second-degree murder in connection to the shooting.

Witnesses claim Cruz shot Lutgens in a botched drug deal, according to police.
Cruz was arrested after officers found him driving Lutgens' car in Minneapolis, according to an earlier news release.
