Private Schools in Lakeville Close on Jan. 6

Private schools serving Lakeville students are closing along with public schools. 

All Saints Catholic School, Christian Life School and Primrose School of Lakeville North will be closed on Monday, Jan. 6.

School closure information for Glory Academy and Christian Heritage Academy was not immediately available.

Governor Dayton announced the closure of public schools on Friday. 

“The safety of Minnesota’s schoolchildren must be our first priority,” Dayton said in the announcement. “I have made this decision to protect all our children from the dangerously cold temperatures now forecasted for next Monday."

The forecast for Lakeville on Monday is a high of -17 with temperatures feeling much colder.
