This Home Sold for $437,000 in Lakeville

Homes sales continue to climb in the Twin Cities, and there has been strong activity in the Lakeville market. 

In April, Lakeville had 86 completed home sales, a 14.7 percent increase from the same month in 2012, according to the latest data from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors.
