MAPLE GROVE, MN — Over a year into the coronavirus pandemic, restaurants are finally open again. Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz announced this month that restaurants will be able to operate at 75 percent capacity. However, there are still plenty of ways to support local restaurants while staying home.
