2-Year-Old Boy Who Died After Hit By Car Identified by Medical Examiner

The boy was hit by a car on July 25 in Maple Hills Estates manufactured-home park in Corcoran.

The Hennepin County medical examiner has identified the boy who died after he was hit by a car on Thursday, July 25.

Henry Alexander Lucas Gonzalez, 2, of Corcoran died of blunt force craniocerebral injuries, according to a news release from the medical examiner.

He lived in the manufactured-home park where he was hit, according to the news release. He died as a result of an accident, the medical examiner said.

Henry died at 6:17 p.m. at Maple Grove Hospital.

The Corcoran Police Department and the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office are investigating the accident.
