New Minnesota State Laws Take Effect August 1, 2017
New Minnesota laws governing civil forfeiture, punch-out rules, dental care, mental health and more roll out Aug. 1.

New laws are headed your way, Minnesota. The following is a list of select new laws passed during the 2017 regular and special legislative sessions that take effect Aug. 1, 2017. Among the subjects the new laws cover are civil forfeiture, punch-out rules, dental care, and mental health.
