Interstate 94: 1 Lane Blocked In Maple Grove

UPDATE: The scene was cleared just before 4:30 p.m. All lanes of I-94 westbound are open.

MAPLE GROVE, MN — One lane of westbound Interstate 94 is blocked following a traffic incident, the Minnesota Department of Transportation is reporting. The Minnesota State Patrol is currently on the scene near Highway 169.

Roads across the Twin Cities metro are covered with mixed snow and or slush. MnDOT is advising motorists to slow down due to the slippery road conditions and to turn on their headlights.
