Jude Nicolas Sandberg's Monday death was ruled a homicide. His family is working to pass "Jude's law."

Family and friends of a Minnetonka boy are experiencing unimaginable grief in the days after a tragic death. Jude Nicolas Sandberg died Monday at only 5 years of age.
His death was ruled by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner as a homicide, and his family is working to pass "Jude's law," which would require more psychological testing during custody battles
Jude loved cars, and enjoyed fishing and playing floor hockey with his father and brother. "I will meet you again in Heaven my little Ju Ju Bean," his obituary in the Star Tribune reads.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at St. Therese Catholic Church, 18323 Minnetonka Blvd.
