Murder-Suicide Suspected After Deaths In Blaine Home
Police have identified the bodies of two people that were found in a Blaine home Monday.
BLAINE, MN — Police say they believe the deaths of two people at a home in Blaine were the result of a murder-suicide. On Monday just after 8:30 p.m., Blaine police were dispatched to a "domestic situation" on the 600 block of 120th Avenue Northeast.
At the scene, police heard multiple gunshots inside the home. Two children made it out of the home safely.
Several additional police agencies, the Anoka County SWAT Team, and the Minnesota State Patrol responded to the scene and established a perimeter.

Police tried to make contact with the people inside the home, but were "unsuccessful." Authorities entered the home and found the bodies of a man and woman.
Police believe Maksim Aleksandrovich Krechetov, 44, shot and killed Yulia Khort, 47, before fatally shooting himself.
