December 30, 1930 - May 12, 2013Â
Givens, Howard John Age 82 of Maple Grove. Born on Dec. 30, 1930, Howard lived a wonderful life of love and service. He peacefully went home to Heaven on May 12, 2013.
Preceded in death by sons, William and Jay Givens. Survived by loving wife of 59 years, Ursula K.; children, Jim (Sally) Givens, Kristen (Julio) Barron, Mike (Linda) Givens, and Kyle Givens; brother, Roger (Carol) Givens of New Mexico; sister, Joan Crosby of Florida; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Howard’s Life will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday May 16, Church of the Open Door, 9060 Zanzibar Ln. N., Maple Grove.
