Obituary: Twin Cities Man, 26, 'Surrendered To His Addiction'

Robert John​​ Kellermeier, a Twin Cities native, died last month at the age of 26. His obituary states that he "finally found sobriety.​"

Robert John Kellermeier, a Twin Cities native, died last month at the age of 26. Kellermeier is survived by his parents Bob, Janice, and his brother Ross. He grew up in Edina and graduated from Edina High School in 2009.

Kellermeier's obituary in the Sun Current states that he "surrendered to his addiction on June 3, 2017."

"Bobby will be remembered for when he was happy, energetic and joyful," the obituary continues. "He finally found sobriety."
