Rusty Taco to Open in Maple Grove

A new business is planning on opening this winter in Maple Grove – Rusty Taco.

The restaurant is anticipated to occupy the space formerly used by Wedgewood Wines and Spirits off of Wedgewood Lane and Bass Lake Road.

“We are very excited. The build out will be starting any day,” Rusty Taco Minnesota General Manager Pam Ringgenberg told Patch in an email. She said they are planning on opening in December.

The restaurant offers a variety of tacos served on a corn or flour tortilla, including a selection of breakfast tacos. Catering is available as well.

The business has two other Minnesota locations, one in Minneapolis and one in St. Paul.

The new Rusty Taco location will be at 6346 Vinewood Lane N. in Maple Grove.
