Sign Up To Attend Osseo Area Schools's Board Work Session In Person On October 6

A work session of the School Board of ISD 279 Osseo Area Schools will be held at the Educational Service Center, 11200 93rd Ave. N., Maple Grove, MN on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, at 6 p.m.

This work session will comply with Minnesota Department of Health capacity restrictions that limit the number of audience members who attend in person. School board members, the superintendent and general counsel will be seated in the Board Room. Nine (9) chairs will be set up in the board room for audience members. Up to 15 additional people can be seated in the cafeteria to watch the work session on the large screen monitor. If more than 24 individuals total sign up to attend the meeting in person, a lottery (random selection) will be implemented. Email or phone confirmation will be sent by 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 6, to inform all individuals of the random selection results. If changes in virus activity/case rate data necessitate changing to a virtual meeting format, the district will notice the change on the district website and inform all confirmed audience participants with as much advance notice as possible. This work session will also be live-streamed and archived on the district website.

Please note:

• Face coverings will be required.
• Brief verbal health screening will be conducted to ensure visitors to the ESC are not symptomatic.
• Standard check-in protocol to a district building will be conducted.
