Single-Car Crash Kills 20-Year-Old In North Twin Cities Metro
The crash happened last month in Anoka County.
ANOKA COUNTY, MN — A 20-year-old Isanti man was killed last month in a single-car crash in Anoka County. Reiley Patrick Hoopman, 20, was driving a Chrysler 300 northbound on Highway 65 near Viking Boulevard in East Bethel.
The Chrysler left the roadway, striking a sign, then a semaphore, police said. The crash happened just after 9 a.m. on Nov. 19. Conditions were dry at the time of the incident, according to authorities.
Hoopman died at the scene.
