Per MN State Statute, it is unlawful to plow snow onto the road.
Parking on City streets is prohibited from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. year round.
Place all recycling bins, garbage bins, basketball hoops, and all other obstructions at least 5' into the driveway to lessen the possibility of damage or tipping during snowplowing operations.
Per Ordinance Sec. 14-126, the owner and the occupant of any property adjacent to a public sidewalk shall use due diligence to keep such walk safe for pedestrians. No such owner or occupant shall allow snow to remain on the walk longer than 12 hours after its deposit thereon.
