Target's New Partnership With Disney: What To Know
The Minneapolis-based retailer is teaming up with a giant in the global entertainment industry.

TWIN CITIES, MN — A new partnership between Minneapolis-based Target and Disney will change the look of local stores. On Sunday, the retailer announced the "Disney store at Target."
Target will begin the partnership by adding a "shop-in-shop" at 25 select Target stores in October. The sole Twin Cities location to see the new feature in October will be Maple Grove.
The retailer promises 40 more opening by October 2020. A new website, Target.com/Disneystore, will fully launch Oct. 4.

"The Disney store at Target will feature more than 450 items including toys, games, apparel and accessories—with more than 100 products that were previously only available at Disney retail locations," Target said in a statement.
"Guests will find favorites like Disney Princess, Star Wars, Marvel, Disney Junior characters, Classic Disney plush, apparel, home and holiday products, along with collectibles like the Disney Animators’ Collection."

Prices at the Disney store will range from $2–$200, with many items under $20, Target said.
