Watch Mendota Heights' Heather Miller-Koch Compete in Rio

Here are the TV times for Heather Miller-Koch's heptathlon events.

The heptathlon may not be the most watched event at the Olympics, but it's certainly one of the most impressive.

The heptathlon (a term derived from the Greek words for seven and contest) is comprised of seven different track and field events.

St. Cloud State University alumni Heather Miller-Koch will be competing for the United States women's heptathlon team at the 2016 Olympic games in Rio. According to the Pioneer Press, the former NCAA athlete Miller-Koch now lives with her husband in Mendota Heights.
